Our center is located in Caretta, West Virginia, at the old
Caretta Elementary School.

We have child development center, marernal infant out-reach
program, family education center, computer classes, LINKS
job training classes, APPALREAD family literacy tutoring,
karate classes, Bonner Scholars in Higher Education, and
arts programs.
